		<description>interesting that you mention the third worldness of samoa. I have only been pre tsunami but I was surprised at how poor it was. Explains why so many people fromt he islands move to NZ and the opportunities it provides, but for Samoans born in NZ their country is an idyllic paradise and they will not hear a word against it. 
And, of course, the reason it is so cheap for us to go there is because it is poor! For any kind of ethical traveller this will always be an impossible dilemma that no amount of tourist board spruiking can mask.</description>
